Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the getukiptvnow.com website and the subscription services provided by Get UK IPTV Now ("we", "us", "our"). By ordering a subscription, requesting a free trial, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service We Provide

Get UK IPTV Now provides IPTV subscription access. Specifically, we supply account credentials — Xtream Codes API login details and/or an M3U playlist link — that provide access to our content service. Our responsibility covers the subscription, the credentials, and the availability of our service.

We do not provide, own, develop, or control player applications. Apps such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, OTT Navigator, XCIPTV, Flix IPTV, Smart IPTV, SS IPTV, Kodi, and similar are independent third‑party software installed and managed by you on your own device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Ordering, Pricing & Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp using the buttons on our website. Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are the full amount payable — there are no hidden charges. Payment methods are confirmed in the WhatsApp conversation at the time of order. Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed.

No auto‑renewal: subscriptions do not renew automatically and we never charge you without a new order placed by you. When your plan expires, access ends unless you order again.

4. Free Trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion, limited to one per customer/household, require no payment details, and expire automatically. Trials are provided for genuine evaluation purposes; we may decline or end trials that we reasonably believe are being abused.

5. Accounts, Credentials & Connections

Your credentials are for your personal use. Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous device connections (one connection for 1, 3, and 6‑month plans; two connections for the 12‑month plan, unless a custom package states otherwise). You may install your login on multiple devices, but simultaneous streaming beyond your plan's connection limit is not permitted and may result in stream interruption or account suspension. Do not share, resell, or publish your credentials.

6. Third‑Party Player Applications — Your Responsibilities

Because player apps are third‑party software running on your own device, the following responsibilities sit with you:

  • Installation and updates. You are responsible for installing your chosen player app and for keeping it updated to its latest version. Many playback issues are caused by outdated apps, and updating is the standard first fix. If you decline or refuse to update your app when our support team advises it, we cannot resolve the issue and no refund entitlement arises from it (see our Refund Policy).
  • Paid apps and app fees. Some player apps charge their own licence, activation, or premium fees (for example, certain Smart TV apps and premium versions of popular players). These fees are set by and paid to the app developer, not to us, and are your responsibility. Where a paid app or paid upgrade is required for your device or preferred experience, you must purchase and upgrade it yourself.
  • Free apps and device capability. Free player apps are generally available to users whose devices support installing them — for example, Amazon Firestick and Fire TV users (via the Downloader app) and Android device users (via the Play Store or Downloader-style sideloading). If your device cannot install a suitable free app (for example, certain Smart TV models with limited app stores), you may need to use a paid app at your own cost. Device app availability is outside our control.
  • App behaviour. We are not responsible for the performance, features, availability, pricing, or policies of any third‑party app, nor for changes made by app developers or app stores.

7. Your Equipment & Internet Connection

You are responsible for your own devices and internet connection. We recommend a minimum of 15 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K streaming. Issues caused by your device hardware, home network, Wi‑Fi quality, ISP, or local internet outages are not faults of our service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or your credentials without a written reseller agreement; attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems; or use the service in any way that breaks applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, without refund.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and monitor our service around the clock. However, no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Brief interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control. Where planned maintenance is significant, we aim to schedule it outside UK peak viewing hours.

10. Support

Support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp (+44 7848 154235) and email ([email protected]). To help us help you quickly, please cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps — including app updates, app cache clears, and connection tests — as described in our setup guides.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: paid plans are covered by a 7‑day refund policy for service faults on our side that our support team cannot resolve. Issues caused by your device, your internet connection, or third‑party apps — including a refusal to update or upgrade an app — are not eligible for refunds.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; because there is no auto‑renewal, no cancellation steps are needed. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached (for example, credential sharing beyond your plan's connections, resale without agreement, or abusive conduct toward our team), without refund of the remaining term.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from third‑party apps, your devices, or your internet connection. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy & Cookies

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy. In short: our order and contact forms store nothing on this website — they open WhatsApp with your message pre‑filled.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
