Setup on Amazon Firestick & Fire TV
Recommended apps: IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, installed via the free Downloader app.
- Allow unknown apps. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources. (If Developer Options is hidden, go to Settings → My Fire TV → About and click your device name 7 times.)
- Install Downloader. Search "Downloader" in the Amazon Appstore and install the orange Downloader app.
- Download your player. Open Downloader and enter the official APK URL for IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, then install when prompted.
- Open the app and choose "Login with Xtream Codes API".
- Enter your details — the server URL, username, and password we sent you — then press Add User.
- Wait for channels and EPG to load (1–2 minutes on first launch), then start watching.
Setup on Android TV, Boxes, NVIDIA Shield & Chromecast with Google TV
Recommended apps: TiviMate, OTT Navigator, or IPTV Smarters Pro — all on the Google Play Store.
- Open the Google Play Store on your device and install TiviMate (or OTT Navigator / IPTV Smarters Pro).
- Launch the app and choose to add a new playlist or login.
- Select "Xtream Codes" login (in TiviMate: Add playlist → Xtream Codes).
- Enter your server URL, username, and password exactly as we sent them.
- Let the channel list and EPG sync, then browse the guide and press play.
Setup on Samsung Smart TV (Tizen)
Recommended apps: IPTV Smarters or Smart IPTV (SIPTV) from the Samsung app store.
- Press Home on your remote and open Apps.
- Search and install IPTV Smarters (easiest) or Smart IPTV.
- IPTV Smarters route: open the app, choose Login with Xtream Codes API, and enter the server URL, username, and password we sent.
- Smart IPTV route: open the app and note the MAC address shown on screen. On a phone or computer, visit the app's playlist upload page, enter your MAC, paste your M3U link, and click send. Restart the app.
- Wait for channels to load, then start watching.
Setup on LG Smart TV (webOS)
Recommended apps: IPTV Smarters, SS IPTV, or Smart IPTV from the LG Content Store.
- Open the LG Content Store from your home screen.
- Search and install IPTV Smarters, SS IPTV, or Smart IPTV.
- IPTV Smarters route: choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter the server URL, username, and password we sent.
- SS IPTV route: open the app's settings to get your device code. On the SS IPTV website, enter the code and upload your M3U playlist link, then refresh the app.
- Open the channel list and start watching.
Setup on Apple TV, iPhone & iPad
Recommended apps: IPTV Smarters or Smarters Player Lite from the App Store.
- Open the App Store on your Apple TV, iPhone, or iPad.
- Search and install IPTV Smarters or Smarters Player Lite.
- Open the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Enter your server URL, username, and password exactly as we sent them, then tap Add User.
- Wait for the channel list and EPG to finish loading, then start streaming.
Setup on Windows & macOS
Recommended apps: IPTV Smarters desktop app (full experience with EPG) or VLC Media Player (quick and simple).
- IPTV Smarters route: download the desktop app from the developer's official website, install it, choose Login with Xtream Codes API, and enter your details.
- VLC route: install VLC, then go to Media → Open Network Stream.
- Paste your M3U playlist link into the URL field and click Play.
- Open the playlist view (View → Playlist) to browse and switch channels.
Xtream Codes API vs M3U — Which Should You Use?
You receive both with every order. They open the same service, just in different ways.

Three fields — server URL, username, password. The best choice for apps like IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, and OTT Navigator: faster loading, automatic EPG, and organised live / movies / series sections.

Most issues are fixed in under a minute with one of these.
First, test your internet speed — you need 15 Mbps+ for Full HD and 25 Mbps+ for 4K. Move to 5GHz Wi‑Fi or a wired connection if you can. Then restart your router and the app. If it persists only at certain times, message support — we'll move you to a different server line.
Nine times out of ten it's a typo — check for extra spaces, capital letters, and that the server URL includes the port number exactly as sent. Still stuck? Forward us a screenshot on WhatsApp and we'll verify your account status instantly.
EPG data downloads separately and can take a few minutes on first launch. In your app's settings, find EPG → Update/Refresh and trigger it manually. In TiviMate, also check Settings → EPG → Update on app launch is enabled.
Clear the app's cache (device settings → apps → your player → clear cache), or uninstall and reinstall the latest version. Player apps are third‑party software, so keeping them updated fixes most crashes.
Switch the app's video decoder between hardware and software (usually under player settings). On Firesticks and older boxes, software decoding often fixes sync issues on certain channels.
