Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

At Get UK IPTV Now we want you to be confident before you commit. That's why we offer a free trial so you can test the full service on your own device first, and a 7‑day refund policy on paid subscriptions for genuine faults on our side. This policy explains exactly who qualifies, how long refunds take, and the situations that are not covered.

✓ You may qualify if…

  • You request within 7 days of purchase
  • There is a genuine service fault on our side
  • Our support team could not resolve it
  • You cooperated with troubleshooting

✗ Not covered

  • Change of mind after the service works
  • Your device, network or internet issues
  • Third‑party app problems
  • Refusing to update or upgrade your app

1. Try Before You Buy

Because we offer a free trial, you can confirm that our service works on your specific device, app, and internet connection before you pay. We strongly recommend using the trial first — it is the surest way to avoid any issue, and it means you buy with full confidence.

2. The 7‑Day Refund Window

Paid subscriptions are covered by a 7‑day refund policy. To be considered, a refund request must be raised within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted, as by then the service has been available to you for the majority or entirety of a short plan.

3. Who Is Eligible for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund where all of the following apply:

  • You request the refund within the 7‑day window;
  • There is a genuine, verifiable fault with our service — for example, our servers are not delivering streams as promised;
  • You have contacted our support team and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix the issue; and
  • You have cooperated with basic troubleshooting, including updating your player app, clearing its cache, and testing your internet connection as advised.

If a fault is on our side and we genuinely cannot resolve it, you will receive a refund.

4. Situations That Are Not Eligible

Refunds cover faults on our side only. The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind. Once the service has been delivered and is working, a change of mind is not grounds for a refund.
  • Your device or internet. Problems caused by your device hardware, home Wi‑Fi, router, internet service provider, or local outages are outside our control.
  • Third‑party player apps. Player applications (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, OTT Navigator, XCIPTV, Flix IPTV, Smart IPTV, SS IPTV, Kodi, and similar) are independent software we do not own or control. Problems caused by these apps are not refundable.
  • Refusing to update or upgrade your app. Many playback issues are fixed simply by updating the player app to its latest version. If our support team advises you to update or upgrade your app and you decline or refuse to do so, the issue cannot be resolved on our side and no refund will be given.
  • Paid app / activation fees. Some apps charge their own licence, activation, or premium fees set by the app developer (not by us). These fees are non‑refundable by us because we never receive them. Where a paid app or paid upgrade is needed for your device, purchasing it is your responsibility.
  • Breach of terms. Accounts suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms & Conditions — such as sharing credentials beyond your plan's connections or reselling without agreement — are not eligible for a refund.

5. About Player Apps & Your Device

We supply your subscription and login credentials. You install and run a separate player app on your own device. Please note:

  • Free apps are generally available to users whose devices can install them — for example, Amazon Firestick and Fire TV users (via the free Downloader app) and Android device users (via the Play Store or sideloading). If your device supports a free app, you can use it at no extra cost.
  • Paid apps may be required on devices with restricted app stores (for example, certain Smart TV models). Where a paid app or paid upgrade is required for your device, you must purchase and upgrade it yourself, and those app fees are not refundable by us.
  • Keeping apps updated is your responsibility and is the standard first fix for most playback problems. We ask all customers to update before reporting an issue.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team within the 7‑day window via WhatsApp at +44 7848 154235 or by email at [email protected]. To help us process it quickly, please include:

  • The name and email/WhatsApp number used to order;
  • Your purchase date and plan;
  • Your device and player app; and
  • A clear description of the problem, plus any screenshots.

Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue with you. If it is a fault on our side that we cannot fix, we will approve your refund.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we process it within 3–5 business days. The time for the money to appear in your account depends on your original payment method and provider, and can take a few additional days after we process it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible.

8. Free Trials

Free trials involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. The trial exists precisely so you can confirm the service suits you before spending anything.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and the policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
